The IDS 800 represents an innovative approach to satisfying the wide spectrum of modern security requirements. By taking full advantage of modern microprocessor technology it has been possible to produce an alarm control panel, which exhibits numerous features and may easily be customized to suit a wide range of applications.

The IDS 800 control panel provides a superb interface to monitor data from door, window and motion sensors. Any violations of these sensors while the system is armed will result in an alarm condition. This will be reported to your security company via the telephone communicator and/or radio transmitter. The alarm condition will also activate the siren. A silent alarm option is programmable.

Three emergency conditions can be activated from the keypad in life threatening situations: a general panic, medical crisis and fire alert. This will allow your monitoring company to respond with the appropriate personal. A unique duress code can also be used in an ambush situation. While the system is disarmed, pre-programmed chime zones can alert one to movement within specific areas of the premises via the keypad buzzer.
